cPanel makes it simple to select a php limit based on your needs. This is possible with just a few mouse clicks.
Step 1
Log into your cPanel account.

Scroll down to the software section >> Select PHP Version:

Click on the Options tab to change individual settings within the PHP version in question. To change specific settings, you will be presented with a drop-down list. Changes can be made as you see fit.
NOTE: In order to increase the max upload size, make sure to modify both post_max_size and upload_max_filesize values.
